Section 1: Background
I project chosen to employment part time as I work bounteous time and have a young family at shell and this course gives me the opportunity to gain the qualification I proclivity .Therefore I need to fully understand what is expected of me as a student. I endeavour to get the best results affirmable in all that I learn and gain with near results academically and practically throughout my learning agreement.
I have been on the job(p) in my current position as a health caution assistant for over 3 years now. My periodic duties include personnel hygiene care, observations of vital signs, cannulation and venepuncture, care plans and nutritional input. I provide a knowledgeable, high attribute service to the people in my care.

for others are integral to the interaction and the quality of service
provided.
I have now reached the round top of my role as a healthcare assistant, so my dedication to learning and furthering my knowledge has now led me to studying module KYN117. I am conscientious, with a great strength of image and driven to succeed and hoping this will allow me to learn how to coordinate myself. It will also help me understand and learn bare-ass knowledge and skills which come with the role I am working towards, recognizing ones own abilities and limitations.
