Martin Luther King, Jr. and Abraham Lincoln both spoke about the plight of African Americans because blacks were cosmos treated wrongly. During the time of Lincoln Africans were treated like animals and macrocosm traded for coal and salt so he put a stop to slavery. During the period of Martin Luther African Americans were not slaves anymore just now they were treated badly because of the color of their skin. African Americans were not allowed to be in the same place as white muckle but Martin stopped all of that and helped bring us together.

His messages were, a defense of his administration, an expla kingdom of why the war had to continue despite the resulting devastation, and a pledge that because of this exertion, The governments of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from this earth. Lincoln also said that `this nation will nonplus a new birth of freedom,` where he meant that not only will white people have freedom but black people as well.
