Chapter integrity- Professional face: Manager Under Construction
When dealing with the administration of prosperous companies, the main way to enhance your work environment is by strong leadership and management skills. While reflecting on my strengths as we learn about leadership and development it makes me compare and line of credit my strengths and weaknesses to other successful managers. When evaluating myself I feel like my elapse strengths are organization, leadership, a strong communicator, a good listener, culturally diverse, and creative. Being selected as a team captain for a number of years helped me to further development my management skills in order to generate a successful outcome. As a leader I would not only incorporate a few members of the team, but would also work to make for everyone participating. This represents one of the facets of an exceptional leader, by not only being adapted to focus on results, as well as build showcase at the same time. Also, with my experiences living overseas and combine myself into many cultures it has given me the skills to be culturally competent and have respect for other customs.
